TIPS ON GETTING YOUR GROUP MEMBERS INVOLVED
Before you sign up for a night/nights please have a group/club meeting to make sure that your students would be interested in participating. This will ensure that your students will show up on the date which you reserve.
After you sign up send out reminders to your students who have signed up which include dates which they have volunteered for and other dates the you have scheduled for your group that they have not signed up for.
Share all information in this website with your participants! A well informed volunteer is a good volunteer! You do not want them to sign up thinking they are going to the zoo and show up at a haunted house in disbelief. Each participant should be aware of exactly what they are signing up for and what is expected of them.
Please be sure to make sure each participant has familiarized themselves with the rules of our establishment and other important details such as time of arrival, departure time, etc.
Have a follow up meeting to thank your participants and ask them how their experience was!
